Forget me not

Forget me not for I have bore my soul.

And with it all that's new and old;

A hundred recollections,

if hazy young transgressions.

Forget me not,

for I am what I knew that I would be;

A lonely soul upon the bar,

Faces stretching near and far,

and only comfort found,

in the nectar that sits in between.

A longish night,

A shortish morn

Forget me not for I shall spawn

a dozen just like me.
